Richard Sung, a landlord representation broker with over seven years of experience has joined WindWater Real Estate.
In the past couple of years, Richard has represented over 1.8 million square feet of institutional office buildings in the Orange County Airport Area, and has participated in over $100M in real estate transactions. He is continuously recognized as a leading, top producer in the market.
His experience includes leasing strategy and execution of institutional office properties, repositioning of real estate investments, lease economic negotiation and lease document negotiations.

Why did you decide to join WindWater?
