WindWater team closes second transaction in Aliso Viejo's Town Center Corporate Park Office Project
Last week, 26940 Aliso Viejo Parkway, a two-story, 33,916 square-foot modern office building located in the Town Center Corporate Park in Aliso Viejo sold for $11.75 million - $346 per square foot.
This marks the second transaction in the Town Center Corporate Park office project in the past year facilitated by our team. In 2017, WindWater Real Estate also sold 26840 Aliso Viejo Parkway, a two-story, 33,915-square-foot, creative office building for $11.76 million.
Prior to putting the 26940 Aliso Viejo Parkway on the market for sale, our team headed up the leasing project which took the building from 51% to 100% leased. There are a total of four tenants in the building. The asset’s largest tenant is Home Depot USA which occupies the entire second floor (17,282 square feet).
26940 Aliso Viejo Parkway was acquired in 2015 by as a value-add opportunity. It embarked on a $1 million renovation to transform it into a contemporary work environment aimed at meeting the needs of a new generation of businesses, and to fuel the demand for modern workspaces in Aliso Viejo.
