Morgan Hill, an established industrial broker in Orange County has officially joined the WindWater sales team.
He brings with him over eight years of experience, having been involved in 2,734,500 square feet of transactions totaling over $188 million in sales and lease consideration. Morgan has primarily focused on industrial and office sales, leasing, and investments.

Why did you join WindWater?
I wanted to be part of a company that has a vision to build a different future for the commercial real estate brokerage industry. The commercial brokerage industry has been conducting business in the same archaic manner for years, and I feel WindWater has developed a platform that can provide our clients with more effective and efficient service.
What are you hoping to achieve at WindWater?
I hope to leverage today’s technology to help grow and service the industrial division of the brokerage business, while making incremental steps to sharpen my skillsets along the way.
What do you like most about WindWater and the team?
I enjoy the synergy and positive energy. All of the team members collectively work together to best serve our clients allowing them to achieve their real estate goals.
