Rapid expansion by PrescribeWellness has meant two relocations in the last 18 months, and once again the company chose Wind Water Realty to find them a new home.
This time however, instead of taking a short-term, move-in ready space with furniture included, they were looking to select and design a more permanent home. Getting enough space to fit their current staff, and accommodate their continuing growth was also an important factor.
PrescribeWellness, which provides cloud-based software solutions to pharmacies across the nation, was keen to find headquarters that reflected the company’s innovative culture.
After considering several options, they selected a 24,859 square-foot space that encompasses the entire third floor at 9701 Jeronimo Road in the Irvine Spectrum. The building, owned by Chapman University, is well located, with easy access to the 5 and 405 freeways, and a short drive to the Irvine Spectrum Center.
“PrescribeWellness is made up of the great people, and they wanted everyone to love where they work,” said Russ Smith, Senior Associate at Wind Water Realty. “This idea was the driving force behind this project.”
Once the ideal location was selected, Wind Water Realty then called in the expertise of the company’s project management team, led by Robert Werbe, to design and renovate the space.
A strict one-month deadline for the renovation was met, and Wind Water’s project management team ensured the improvements were completed to the highest standards.
“Our goal was to meet PrescribeWellness’ needs and create the right environment to match the company’s character,” explained Robert Werbe. “The company wanted a modern, vibrant and open collaborative office space, so we set out to give them just that. It’s really rewarding to see a project like this go from design to completion, and finally, to move-in day.”
Susan Lewis of PrescribeWellness said the following about the entire experience; “Wind Water Realty went above and beyond to ensure we found a home that perfectly matched our all of our requirements. It wasn’t just about moving to a new office, it was about ensuring we had the right environment to thrive in.”
