Private investment company CCL Holdings has relocated its Southern California headquarters to Newport Beach.
The company, which has hospitality and real estate properties in California and Hawaii, has secured 2,733 square feet of creative office space at 7 Upper Newport Plaza.
It means the company will occupy almost a quarter of the newly refurbished office complex at the prestigious Newport Beach location, which is popular with businesses due to its close proximity to freeways, John Wayne Airport and South Coast Metro.
CCL Holding was represented by Wind Water Realty's Travis Forster, who secured the 38 month lease, while Chris Deason and Charter Harrington of Voit Real Estate Services represented the landlord.
The fully renovated two-story building includes private offices, outdoor decks and patios, conference rooms, a kitchen and social area.
