100% Leased: Creative Office Building in Airport Area, Irvine

The two-story, 25,155 square foot office building is located right off of Red Hill Avenue in the highly sought-after airport area.

17922 Fitch was acquired in 2015 by Kelemen Caamano Investments as a value-add opportunity. KCI partnered with Gensler to design the creative redevelopment project. 

The end result, a modern workspace that attracted top technology and media companies in the area looking for office space that complimented their company's image and brand.
