TAPS Fishhouse & Brewery and Schaerer USA Sign Leases at 15501 Red Hill in Tustin
Wind Water is excited to announce the signing of a new 25,000 square foot lease with Schaerer USA at 15501 Red Hill Avenue. This lease officially makes the 44,123 square foot industrial/flex building 100% occupied.
Schaerer USA, the industry leader in commercial espresso machines, has agreed to occupy the rest of the remaining space of the building which includes 12,673 square feet of industrial space on the first floor, and 12,125 square feet of office space in the upstairs mezzanine. Wind Water represented the landlord, Kelemen Caamano Investments.
Last week, Wind Water announced that TAPS Fish House & Brewery also signed a lease at 15501 Red Hill Avenue. TAPS will be occupying 19,000 square feet of industrial space on the first floor for a new brewery and tasting room concept, the first one for the restaurant chain in Orange County.

15501 Red Hill Avenue was acquired by Kelemen Caamano Investments (KCI) in 2015. The Irvine-based redevelopment company acquired the industrial/flex building as a value-add opportunity. The redevelopment plan included an exterior facelift, a complete revamp of the main lobby, and a built-out of the second floor to convert it into a modern workspace.
“We are very pleased to have TAPS Fishhouse & Brewery and Schaerer, USA - both premier, quality tenants at our 15501 Red Hill building,” said Rudy Caamano, CEO of KCI. “This is another 100% leased, stabilized asset and successful case study that we can add to our portfolio.”
